Group Runs - Open to all runners

Join us for weekly free group runs where we explore runs in Wellington, share tips and advice on improving our running performance, and support each other in reaching our running goals.
Whether you're a beginner looking to get started or a seasoned runner training for a race, there's a place for you in our supportive and inspiring community.
Wednesday Night Runs - Newlands
6:30pm
Meet at Pukehuia Park, Newlands, Wellington
5km-8km distance
Thursday Night Runs - Ōtaki
6:30pm
Meet at the Ōtaki Surf Club. Ōtaki
6km Distance - you can run shorter as this run is an out and back.
Sunday Morning Runs
8:00am
Mostly trail, with some road runs too.
Runs are usually up to 10km, but there are always options for more or less to suit your ability.
We run in a different location each week, which makes it a fun way to find new places to run. Join the FB group here for up to date locations.
Our group runs are free to attend and open to all runners wanting to join and have a bit of fun. Lace up your running shoes and come run with us!
