Run Club Coaching

Do you have a running event coming up? Then Run Club Coaching is for you!

 

Work with Run Coach Eve to dial in your training and hit your running goals with personalised coaching. After your free initial call with Eve, your plan will be delivered in Training Tilt, so you will have it at your fingertips on the app or desktop. Then once you get started your plan will be monitored and updated weekly with feedback or changes. Plus you will have a monthly chat with Coach Eve, to keep you on track with your training.

As a Run Coach, Eve loves to guide runners to feel strong and have a positive relationship with running. Her no fuss style means your program will be easy to follow and tailored to meet where you are at with your running and where you want to get to. Using a mixture of time or distance for your runs, you will have a variety of runs in your plan to keep you motivated and on the right path for success. 

Run Club Coaching is suitable for plans 5km up to Ultra distances or for weekly running maintenance and personal goals. 

Run Club Coaching is $65/month and you will get the following:

  • Access to your plan on Training Tilt (app or desktop). Training Tilt can be linked to Strava or Garmin for easy feedback to your plan.

  • Weekly monitoring of your training plan, with adjustments made to keep you on track.  

  • Two way feedback using Training Tilt for Coach Eve during your training.

  • Monthly Coaching call with Eve to keep you on track and help with any running questions along the way.

6 Week Run Strength Series

Each session will include low impact stability exercises, including core to strengthen your whole body for running. The session will finish with some high impact exercises to help you with your running performance and a short stretch.
 

  • Sessions are 45min.

  • Held at the Newlands Community Centre 6:30pm - 7:15pm on Thursday nights for 6 weeks.

  • Starting Thursday the 30th May and finishing on the 4th of July.

  • Cost $60

WUU2K Training Plans

Life In Motion Run Club is the training partner for the 2024 WUU2K event!

Grab a training plan and get race ready for the 21km, 45km or 65km events. 

21km Training Plan is 12 weeks, starting on the 22nd April 2024 . A base of 15km total running a week is recommended before starting this plan. 

45km Training Plan is 20 weeks, starting on the 26th February 2024. A base of 30km total running a week is recommended before starting this plan. 

65km Training Plan is 20 weeks, starting on the 26th February   . A base of 30-40km total running a week is recommended before starting this plan. 

Personal Training 
Based in Newlands the Life In Motion studio is the perfect space to reach your movement goals. Using free weights and bodyweight exercises all 30min sessions are tailored to your ability and designed to offer you maximum support and accountability. 
Pricing for 30min studio sessions:
$40 per session.
