By joining our Tarawera Crew you will get:
A Run Club 20 week training plan for the 50km event. The plan is premade and prescribes 3-4 distance based runs a week. A base level of 20-30km total running a week is recommended in the 2 months leading up to the plan starting on the 2nd October.
Access to our private Tarawera 50km training and support group where you can encourage others, ask questions and be supported by Run Coach Eve in the lead up to the event.
