Run Strong 4 Week Program
Online strength training and prescribed runs designed to help you run strong!


Our 4 week Run Strong program is the perfect way to increase run specific strength​, reduce injuries and improve your running speed and endurance. 

Join Run Strong for $20 and over the 4 weeks improve your running with:

  • 1 weekly online run Strength and Stability Workout, Monday's 7:15am.

  • 1 weekly online run Strength and Power Workout, Wednesday's 7:15am.

  • 1 weekly online Core Workout, Thursday's 8:15am.

  • 1 weekly online Stretch Workout, Friday's 7:15am.

  • 3 - 4 weekly Prescribed Run Workouts.

  • 4 week Run Strong Program Template - so you can tick off your weekly activities.

Our 4 week Run Strong program starts on the 7th February 2022. The run specific strength workouts are all filmed live in our online Run Club Facebook group. You can complete the workouts live, or jump in and replay them at a time that suits you.

The prescribed runs in this plan are designed for runners who are currently running up to 8km. If you are not quite at that level you could still participate by reducing the distances for the runs. An easy way to do this would be to run half the prescribed distances.  The run specific strength training is suitable and excellent for all runners.
