A free, fun and inclusive 45min group training session for all ages and abilities. Come along and join in the fun!
Every Saturday, 10am at Newlands Intermediate.
Held inside over winter and on the turf during summer.
No booking or equipment required.
Free group runs from 5-15km held on Sundays at 8am.
These runs are a mixture of trail or pavement with a variety of paces so everyone can join in.
