0-5km Run Club 6 Week Series
Starts Monday 8th February

6 week training plan including online workouts, a prescribed run/walk plan, in person drills/technique/group run session and support for new or returning to running runners

Weekly Run Club drills/technique/group run sessions held at Newlands Intermediate, 7pm, Tuesdays

Online Run Club Facebook membership group where we provide your weekly workouts

Run specific strength, stability and power weekly live weekly workouts

Weekly live stretch session

6 week walk/run prescribed program

Time based training plan suitable for run beginners or runners getting back into running

Final 5km run held at Willowbank Reserve Tawa on the 23rd March at 7pm
