Our 0-5km Series supports you to reach your 5km running goal!

Our 0-5km 8 week series will give you the confidence to reach your 5km running goal!

  • 8 week training plan including run specific strength training, a prescribed run/walk program and support for new or returning to running runners

  • Access to our online Run Club Facebook membership group where we provide your weekly workouts

  • Run specific online strength and stability, power, load and core workouts designed to build strength and reduce injuries

  • Weekly online live stretch session to relax and unwind

  • A weekly in person training session where we take you through run drills and a group run

  • A final 5km group run, to smash your goal!

  • Your training plan is time and km based and suitable for run beginners or runners getting back into running

  • The 0-5km, 8 week program is $80 and includes access to online Run Club for our weekly workouts, an 8 week run/walk training program and a weekly in person group run session

  • The weekly group session is held at Grasslees Reserve, Tawa at 7:30am Saturday mornings - the first session kicks off on the 21st May 2022
