Our 0-5km, online 8 week program is ready for you to start your running journey today!

 

  • 8 week training plan including online workouts, a prescribed run/walk program and support for new or returning to running runners

  • Online Run Club Facebook membership group where we provide your weekly workouts

  • Run specific strength, stability and power weekly live workouts designed to build strength and reduce injuries

  • Weekly live stretch session to relax and unwind

  • Your program is a time and km based training plan suitable for run beginners or runners getting back into running

  • Start your 0-5km training by joining today, your plan starts as soon as you join

  • 0-5km, 8 week program is $40 and includes access to Run Club for our weekly workouts and your 8 week run/walk training program

  • You can join our program from anywhere! All the workouts are online and you simply follow our training plan for 8  weeks
